I don't post a lot (or really ever) but I'm going to now. I'm going to give Beth an unsolicited testimonial. I've been a client of hers for more than 10 years. When I started I had double sciatica, had given up sports and was having issues with daily activities. The docs wanted to operate. A year later, she taught my body how to fix itself.
